What is Infertility?
Infertility is the name given to the range of conditions that prevent or impairs the ability of a couple to conceive children. A couple may be considered infertile if, after two years of regular sexual intercourse, without contraception, the woman has not become pregnant
What is Primary Infertility?
When a couple who have never previously had children cannot conceive, it is known as ‘Primary Infertility‘
What is Secondary infertility?
Secondary infertility is failure to conceive even though a previous pregnancy has been achieved.
Either type of Infertility can be caused by a diagnosable infection in either partner, but in many cases there is no obvious cause, and therefore no immediately obvious solution.
